This week the news has been full of the exploits of Anthony Weiner, the married New York Congressman who sent explicit photos to several women over the internet. He then lied about what he did, and attacked those who revealed the truth.

His actions precipitated an attack frenzy in the left-wing blogosphere, but not against Weiner. They attacked Andrew Breitbart - the guy who revealed Weiner’s activity.

But in the end, Weiner was forced to “confess” when the avalanche of evidence was irrefutable.
So, does saying “sorry” make everything OK? Should everyone just forget about it now? After all, the poor guy said he was sorry.
In his apology, Weiner called sending explicit photos to a college student “a joke.” Do you think his actions are just a funny joke, something regular folks do for fun?
Is it wrong to expect a certain level of maturity, responsibility, self-restraint, and honesty from our leaders?
