Constitution Day is coming up on September 17th.
It's the anniversary of the day when members of the Constitutional Convention signed the United States Constitution in 1787.
Constitution Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Constitution and the unprecedented liberty, peace, and prosperity its principles have protected for millions of Americans.
One of the most important ways we can observe Constitution Day is to reflect on what we can to do protect and preserve the Constitution.
For more than a century America has been a shining city on a hill to oppressed people around the world. As we return to the principles of the Constitution and live up to our great legacy of liberty, America can again become a beacon of hope and inspiration.
For the next several days, PatrioticMoms.com will share resources that can help us make the most of Constitution Day. We might even want to celebrate a "Constitution Week" or "Constitution Month" so we have more time to learn about this important foundation of our freedom.
The "Learning" and "Teaching" tabs on the main menu have outstanding resources about the Constitution if you want to get started now.
As we look forward to, and celebrate, Constitution Day, let's take time to reflect on the many blessings in our lives because of the Constitution, and work to re-establish its inspired principles.
